The consummate professional, I found Mr. Nahas to be kind, friendly and prompt. He instructed me in great detail on the repairs and preparations I needed to complete to properly to present my home. He then hired a professional photographer at his expense to take listing photo's. Within hours of listing we had multiple offers above asking price. I was out of state during most of the process, Mr. Nahas was more than happy to meet with contractors to facilitate escrow repairs. Any time we encountered a minor hiccup he would assert: "don't worry, this will be taken care of", and it was! I consider Kareem not just a great Realtor but a counselor and a friend.
